How it works
As an inspector:
- You receive your usual report fee paid in full by BuyersRep.
- You provide a Pre-Purchase Inspection Report to BuyersRep on a non-reliance basis.
As an inspector:
- You receive a resale fee each time BuyersRep resells the report.
As an inspector:
- You provide a reliance letter to the successful purchaser
- You earn an additional reliance upgrade fee
Combined with the resale fees, you should receive 25%+ more revenue for the same report.
As a buyer:
- You receive a non-reliance report with at least a 35%+ discount on the full price.
- You have the option to upgrade to a full-reliance report if the auction was won.
As a buyer:
- Every additional report buyer pays the same discounted price for access to the non-reliance report.
